I went into Sting Chat and typed in a copy of my complaint that I initially sent to [email protected] a few days ago about the unwanted NSFW tag on one of my articles, and I did so in the "Support" section of Sting Chat. Should I also do so in the "General" section of Sting Chat, or does my having done so in the "Support" section of Sting Chat suffice?
