Why Does My Posting Counter Keep Changing Back And Forth?

in #hive5 years ago (edited)

I'm going to need some help from my fellow Hivians with this problem. I notice that my posting counter keeps changing back and forth from "608" to "619" on my Hive-Blog channel's dashboard. That is, one minute it tells me that I have a total of 608 posts on my Hive-Blog channel, then the next minute it tells me that I have a total of as much as 619 posts on my Hive-Blog channel. Why is it doing this? Could somebody give me the answer to that question?

It is not a major tragedy whenever my posting counter acts in this manner, but it does get to be a nuisance for me after a while. I began to notice this problem after the sentences began prematurely jumping to the next line in my articles as described in my article titled "Why Do My Sentences Drop Prematurely To The Next Line In My Article?". I would like to hear from my fellow Hivians regarding this problem so that I can find a solution to it.

Likely the rpc node is not sending all the data.

Antisocialist? I'm not quite sure what an "rpc node" is, but, anyhow, I do thank you for the info.

If you look in settings on peakd, you will see an option to change api nodes.
Sometimes doing this fixes things.

Yeah, it's been going on for a short while. It could also be that I haven't noticed it until recently. In any event, thank you for posting.
