Public life has been disrupted. On Saturday, only Kurigram and Srimangal had mild cold spells. It spread to at least 40 districts in a day's time on Sunday. The night temperature in different districts has dropped by 4-5 degrees Celsius. The lowest temperature recorded in the country was 5.5 degrees Celsius at Rajarhat in Kurigram, which is the lowest temperature this winter.
