RE: ⚠️ The Unfriendlies of Hive: Abuse & Unfriendliness are signs That Hive is NOT as healthy as we thought.

in #hive3 years ago

Hivewatchers are an annoying, self righteous bunch.
But I can understand how they ended up that way after seeing hundreds of posts like the one above.

More often than not, people know exactly for what they ended up on their lists, but decide to try the public shaming approach about how this is not about themselves, but all the poor noobs out there and how bad of a light this shines on Hive and the whole litany.

We all have seen this before. It is annoying.
Get over yourself.

Honestly... this isn’t about me at all. I don’t have anything to worry about... other than actual miss-handling of incidences from start to finish.

If you take the time to read through the comments and my responses you will hopefully see the bigger picture.

Dealing with the minutiae of Hive Integrity means you have to zoom right in...

But it’s when you zoom out that the bigger picture for Hive and it’s overall well-being become quite apparent.

An intelligent response to bad behaviour is going to require the right people to zoom in AND zoom out at the same time.

This is the way forward for Hive...

And what I’m seeing from @HiveWatchers @HiveWatcher @Spaminator and @GuiltyParties isn’t it.

Not by a long shot.

We need a friendly Hive that’s still got a shred of marketability left in it.

I have now read some comments and it seems that you have been reward-farming with comments.
I have seen the exact same story countless times before.
You are not the first to try this strategy of deflection and to try and make it about Hive at large, while this was clearly just about your own misbehavior.

There will always be a need for a service like Hivewatchers. It seems that in the process, the people operating it will inevitably let their arrogance take over, just like @logic.
However, your weak attempt at getting back at them just makes me laugh.
