That makes you "decided to participate" thing... means I have to count with you... but you still need to eligible, but doing the requirements.

• Not being powering down
• 10 HP minimum power up
• ATX word (u already done it)

Then its about luck... for the HP delegation at least. But you will get guaranteed ATX token already, if you do the 3 above.
