The @hive.aid account has already helped create more than 250 Hive accounts, each of them receiving a Resource Credits (RC) delegation that allows new users to start using Hive immediately. This work is not just about numbers. It represents a long-term, consistent effort to build real adoption through direct contact with people and real-world communities. A key role in this process is played by Kingdom Without Limit (@krolestwo) in Kraków, which has grown into the largest local Hive community in Europe, surpassing cities such as London, Berlin, and Amsterdam in active participation.

The onboarding process has been optimized to remove technical barriers. Using Hive Keychain, creating a new account takes less than two minutes and requires only choosing a username, saving the keys, and scanning a QR code. Thanks to the RC delegation from @hive.aid, new users can interact with the blockchain from day one, without friction. Many more accounts have been created independently as a result of these activities, which means the real impact is even larger than the officially counted 250 accounts.

Hive is promoted not through traditional marketing, but through real-life use cases. It has been presented at large cultural events, included in educational programs, featured in viral social media content with hundreds of thousands of views, and discussed in radio programs, podcasts, and television. In these activities, Hive is consistently shown as a practical tool for communities and non-governmental organizations rather than a speculative asset.

A crucial example of this approach is the Hive Voluntary Service (HVS) project, the world’s first international volunteer program fully funded by blockchain. In its pilot edition, @blind-spot from the Netherlands spent nearly two weeks volunteering in Kraków. All expenses, including accommodation, food, and transport, were paid directly in HBD, without converting to fiat currencies. This demonstrated that Hive is not only a technology, but a functional economic system capable of supporting real people in real conditions.

Alongside this project, the community organized HiveBeeCon, most likely the largest Hive event in Europe this year, and developed new tools for volunteer coordination and education. All of these initiatives were funded internally through community resources, including @hive.aid fund.

Kingdom Without Limit in Kraków attracts more and more people every month, and this organic growth is steadily increasing Hive’s visibility beyond the blockchain space. As the community expands offline, more users discover Hive not through marketing, but through real experience. This long-term, people-driven growth is expected to significantly strengthen Hive’s recognition and adoption in the future.
