In my opinion, it should be the onboarder's responsibility to educate their onboardees about AI usage and plagiarism. Many onboarders do not bother to teach the basics. Some expect hivewatchers to do their task.

I agree with that about onboarders, especially those who have long experience here. I get that you fight a constant battle, but I still think we need to try to avoid driving people away from the start. Not all will really understand how Hive is expected to work. There needs to be dialogue between the various parties involved if we want a chance to improve.
