The type of users we onboard and the type of users we retain makes a huge difference.
People say "why does what a small account do matter?"
Well one doesn't but when there a whole bunch of accounts dumping that's way worse than a few big accounts because it's super hard to track.
But it's getting easier to track each day. More open source tools are becoming available.
