Possibly. I do think creating alt accounts in video games is a lot different than creating HIVE accounts with different pfps and personas as if they are each a different person.

This time around yes. If you remember the time that give aways are reigning hive, probably there are lots of users that have multi's that do multiple "count me in" comments.
