Just a quick udpate to inform that the Inkito ad is officially up on Topwebcomics! Such a pleasure to see it hosted.

Hopefully that results in a user increase as Topwebcomics is highly specialized.
- Optimization
I've spent the last few days optimizing performance with the Lighthouse tool, an open-source, automated tool for improving the quality of web pages. Here are the latest results.
I was able to complete the four last categories, even making the site a progressive web app. I gave it a try on the phone, looks great as an app too.
Performance is still to improve but the page is heavy on images and they are not hosted locally. To optimize their quality to the user screen I would have to subscribe to paid image transforming CDN. That might be something for later...
I did add image lazy load so that only the images you see are loaded. Something you might notice when scrolling down the home page.
- Activity Summary
Finally, after three months of intensive work on the project. I think it is time to let it breath a little. Below my commit activity for the last three months.
I have never been this active!
Of course, I'll work on the user library as a last feature to reach the beta version and continue networking to reach more users. I really think the Hive blockchain is a game changer for content creators. I'll intend to make them realize how they are missing out. Not an easy task from what I've seen so far!

You can already add your content to the platform using the right tags.
Adding the series id on all corresponding posts, writing it as follows "author-seriesname" (example: "jrej-shadesofmen") The series name is for you to choose but must be the same for all episodes.
Adding the tag "inkito-comics" or "inkito-novels" on your most recent post for ranking.
Optionally you can add categories as tags in your first episode. The categories could be any of the following. "action, comedy, drama, fantasy, horror, mystery, romance, scifi, sliceoflife"
The first post would include some of the main series info. The first image would be your series cover image and the title, the series title. Hope to see some of you over there.

I should have probably asked this ages ago, is it only infiniscroll or is there a paging option? Because infiniscroll kills slow internet/all those backarsewards places that still use quota :)
Hehe I see what you mean. Yep there's always the option to navigate with buttons and avoid the infinite scroll. I thought some people might not like it as much as I do.
It's only annoying for me when I'm looking for something, otherwise I find it better just for reading as well XD was more thinking of my sister and her crappy internet and that was one of her biggest complaints with the new dA skin :)
Oh I see. Thanks for the feedback. I'll test out the site with limited connection, see how it turns out. It's heavy with images but I'm looking into a way to transform their size depending on the device.
