RE: Reap the Rewards of Community Ownership on Hive

in #hive3 years ago (edited)

Hi Dave, good to see you bro.

I',ve been tirelessly marketing Hive on Twitter alongside other Hive peeps and it has been very frustrating not to see us at least in the conversation but rather a fucking dog's face which is not bad at all because it's bringing more awareness to the side of crypto. I'm not a marketing expert not have any knowledge about marketing strategies. My approach is a bit agressive and sometimes it can be taken as spammy (maybe it is) but it's a way of market among the many that there are.

I, like yourself, without being a market expert have been thinking about ideas of how to market Hive properly. I'm going to pitch you out this that kind of mix with what you're saying in this post:

Let's look for someone, let's say Floyd Mayweather, it could any famous personality. Imagine someone building a Floyd's fan club in the form of a tokenized community where you can share content, images, fun facts, whatever it is related to that personality where you can reward the fan base with the Floyd token, sell merchandise payable with said token, and create an economy around just one personality. Now imagine this growing and Floyd hearing about this...

I just mentioned the example with a personality, this can be even more micro if we do it with influencers or not so many mainstream media personalities it can work out.

I thought this, too. Related to NFT,s. There are so many artists out there with great and real talent. Imagine if the have the proper assesory and get them user of our apps and even successful with their projects, etc.

Another idea that may work is we funding those communities ala @threespeak offering the WSB guys 1 million power and a tokenized community. This of course with responsibility.

Cheers bro.
