I occasionally throw a few random 50HP delegations when I see newbees who are trying to interact but can't because of resource credits. In saying that, I also go through it a month later and remove the delegations if either the person has become inactive or has accrued at least 50 of their own.

I really think there needs to be more to bring in bloggers to Hive. Or the average social media user. Generally, all I see on twitter from Hive users is, "Hurrrrr! Crypto!! We best!!!!" -- the average person is not looking at crypto tweets. We're just not talking to them.

Yeah, it's true, Hive is still a bit crypto heavy (especially on Twitter, but that has a lot to do with Twitter as well 😅), but I feel diversity is picking up. We are in a much better spot than 2 years ago, that's for sure. I'll try to get a diverse group of people interested and see who sticks around. Wether it's crypto enthusiasts, the writers, the designers, the vloggers or the photographers. Maybe even DJ's. All of the have an existing community here, so I'm willing to try it.
