If I recall I had to fortify the account key permissions via doing a double master replacement then derive the other new keys from that to prevent people from recovering the account to get out of the loan, enforce the hive.loans account as the recovery account, get the current block operations to make sure the account taking the loan isn't trying to divert it elsewhere (if they do they get locked out until it's paid off) and uhh...
