Hi @librepensadora Again, there was a miscommunication/misunderstanding from the beginning and I apologize for that. These past days have been difficult and my mind has been all over the place.
When you asked me if you could participate, I said yes because anyone can participate in powering up, and I did not realize that what you really meant was that if you participated, 'would you Qualify for the prizes?' Had I realized that it was this that you were asking, I of course would have said that per the rules it would not be possible. I do apologize for the confusion and misunderstanding.
Los hashtags que ud. uso son parecidos como #hive-pud12 pero no igual y por eso no logre ver su blog o power up.
Antes cuando estabamos en STEEM, teniamos mas de 16,000+ en premios para 20+ participantes, claro que habian mas patrocinadores de premios, y tal vez logremos llegar al mismo nivel otra vez.
Por lo que veo, creo que en este tendra exito en HIVE. Saludos.
