A few hours ago the Hive Thrive Event was held in the HIVE Discord server and @mynewlife and @hallmann were the guests. The Session was great! Thanks for that.

When I was alone with @tibfox in the voice channel after the session, we chatted a bit... dear @tibfox mentioned that dear @buttcoins wanted to create a Hive account per room for his rooms in Guatemala. I must have overheard this during the Hive Thrive or was not really present - but tibfox and I had a closer look at it afterwards and tibfox brought the idea of a guestbook on the Hive Blockchain into play for each room at @buttcoins. He said that you could create a kind of QR code with which a guest of the room can leave a blog post about their visit to buttcoins. Share their thoughts and experiences with the hive community. But an account must also be able to post - with a posting key and also get post payouts for the active key... so it was a bit more difficult and I thought about it briefly and quickly came up with an idea for buttcoins:
So, let's assume that each room has its own HIVE account with all the keys that belong to an account. Now an app would have to be written that makes it possible, when you scan a QR code, an experience report mask appears where the guest of the room writes an article. My idea here was directly that an HIVE account can effectively hold several valid keys - e.g. a room account in this case 5000 valid posting keys, which were added to the account with the active key. If the user now publishes an article, one of the 5000 valid posting keys is taken and used to sign and post the article. After the guest has moved out or after the post has been created, a script running on a server uses the active key to delete the posting key that has just been used and can no longer be used. I can imagine that you can also develop a system where one of the valid posting keys is already assigned to the guest on the QR code portal at check-in. The only thing you have to consider here is that the guest can only use the QR code or post with a key once instead of using up all the posting keys over and over again and spamming up the room's guestbook.

Really cool idea! I’m gonna share this post in our hive hub chat and see how easy it seems to spin it up.
Thank you for putting your brain power to work on this idea!
When we talked, it sounded pretty easy ^^ Good luck and hopefully that will be a good example for many use cases. Please please add the extra that @louis88 and me would love to see the solution open source (no matter how raw and simple it is) . I have so many more ideas for such a board and could benefit a lot of it :)
you're welcome :) keep me updated
there is a really good chance i didn't understand what this should do. but in a slight chance i didn't :D
After scanning the QR code an app could open an experience report mask with posting key for that room already active. If the rewards are the only problem, you can just add a field with IF YOU WANT REWARDS FROM THIS REVIEW ADD YOUR HIVE USERNAME (and that would add a beneficiaries 100% to that username).
After guest move out they don't have access to the QR code/posting key. It could be abused by taking a picture of the QR code, but then you just change the posting key.
exactly!
I think an automation to change the posting key in between uses, I think this might be possible to put the posting key into a browser. I will meditate on this idea.
Nice idea
Thanks a lot :)
Hive is a perfect place to build a Review App, where businesses can opt in to create their places and ask users to provide review and get some rewards. The app can do a lucky draw on a weekly basis having big rewards, so that will attract people to write reviews. Once the platform gets stable, business will have to pay a little to list their business. I feel quite sustainable project, but someone has to build it.
Thanks for summarizing and sharing our little idea ^^
you're welcome sir

STOPI think we will see issues with demand for account names if Hive really grows. I know some people have already grabbed thousands and scammers are creating more to try to abuse the system. I assume the cost could go up with demand.
sadly i saw this aswell - maybe we need to get rid of free accounts more or less or make it more difficult for fakers, scammers and spammers to participate in the ecosystem.
