I’d noticed for a while that the price feed on my witness node, which runs on Someguy’s software, was slightly higher than the standard exchange price feeds... partly because Binance had discontinued the HIVE/BTC trading pair and now only offers a price for HIVE/USDT. So today I had to update Someguy’s price feed module on my server.

The update also seems to have added additional connectors that I hadn’t been aware of before, such as Mexc and GateIO. So, since I had a little bit of time today, I updated the price feed and also updated my Netdata instance to the latest security version for monitoring the Witness Node.
Just simple Housekeeping.

I had to stop using Drakos Jolly Pirate price feed as it stopped working after over a year of functionality.
Now I am using @brianoflondon's price feed and it's working well.
i saw yesterday in @meno post [ https://ecency.com/hive-139531/@meno/the-price-feed-conundrum ] that he is using another script https://github.com/Mantequilla-Soft/hivefeedprice , always nice to have a backup solution .
