I'm sure plenty more posts will come out about these prices, and even though they can be boring, they sure are expected and respected. After all, most people don't truly HODL to get to see days like this.
That being said
With the increase in price, the waves will come. That means, opportunists, scammers, liars, fraudsters, the fake charities, you name it. If they don't show up, I will eat my flip flops for breakfast.
But of course, more activity is a good thing. Yes, even if the scammers show up. We just have to be more vigilant, and if we can, do our part to help good people stay away from them all together.

A big celebration is due my friends. I'm excited, I feel like my "all in" attitude is finally on the brink of paying off, and I think I'm going to sleep like a baby tonight.

Agreed! I wasn't thinking of doing much on Hive today beyond the 30 day challenges I'm taking part in this month. So, when I saw hive was over $3.00 it was a record scratch moment.
I'm here on Leo to see if I can find out what caused this drastic and sudden rise in price.

Yeah, I've been watching the price of hive go up with great surprise and pleasure. I wasn't expecting it to do something this big.
I HODLed my way into the bottom level of dolphin, and it's really nice to see that starting to pay off a bit now. It will be interesting to see where it goes from here.
soon we can buy a good tube amp for our collection

Steemin 2017 only to eventually get our efforts rewarded when it went to $8.00...With Hive it feels like it could be a little more sustainable because there is so much development and innovation happening with new dApps... and successes like Splinterlands, and LeoFinance's "Project Blank" whenever they get that off the ground.
regardless of price... Hive has been making a lot of progress for a solid year now... finally the price is catching up

I have actually all in HP LOL so even if it rise to whatever it's just there, just means my vote is more :) but I was happy to see it mooning honestly, been around here (though posting slowly) and remember when it was 13 cents :), but I'd settle for a stable rising up, though I wish I had used the chance better. :) Anyway almost a dolphin :) seems eternal LOL maybe I should post more hahah :) but I've not returned, been here, just posting as slowly as ever haha :) Sending hugs!
