RE: A decade on the blockchain

Congratulations Steve, 10 years is a big milestone well done on sticking with it.
Like you I was also on tsu it was a great idea but failed like so many other blogging sites.

I think the main difference with Hive is that we all collectively own it and anyone can spin up a witness node if needed.

Anyone abusing Hives reward pool is abusing all of us.

I know you have been more than fair in your dealings with abusers over the years and more power to you.

Your work on the #britlist is a record of how we are doing and what we could possibly do that helps further this project. I know many people have found it useful for arranging meetups etc.

Good luck for the future. Hopefully we will eventually find our proper niche. It's a big Internet and people are waking up to the skulduggery of the major platforms. Our time will come. 👍

Tsu failed as it was centralised and run for profit. Hive is more resilient and can endure as long as someone cares about it.

We need some more UK meetups to get others involved.

We need some more UK meetups

The new Hivefest concept sounds interesting. Each country puts on a meetup and are linked live globally.
I'm not fully aware of the details but it sounds possible.

I'm not planning to fly out, so I'd be up for a meetup somewhere.

Sounds like a concept of a plan. 😎👍
