I see your point, but I think 200$ subs are not that affordable in some parts of the world. I wouldn't mind people like @meno getting access to it for example.

Its a difference if a list of cool ppl get access to it. It would hit different if 50 people that add value by track record get it.

If it isn't successful or there isn't enough people that apply funds could be sent back to DHF I think.

I expect ppl use it for something else and no app at all gets build
But TBH, if ppl really want it, they could simple ask people here ( 1 by 1) and get post rewards. Most content is trash anyway and this would be a 100x better value.
Or add the 10k to a stash ( farming yield) and slow give it away and not at all time low.
