Favourite Comment Friday - What's Been Your Favourite Comment of the Week?

Hey people what you up to? I've got another #favouritecommentfriday or #fcf post to share with you all. Some of you will be familiar with my community oriented project that I started a few months back. Each week I shine a spotlight on my favourite Hive comment or reply that I've come across during the week. The comment might have been left on one of my posts or it could have been posted on someone else's post, it really doesn't matter. The most important thing is that the comment or reply has an awesome quality about it in some way.

The reason I started this initiative is that I feel there is sometimes insufficient appreciation for certain comments that deserve to be commended for their utter brilliance. They need the attention and justice they deserve. Therefore my #fcf initiative is a way of doing justice to that injustice!

I'm sure you guys know what I mean and have come across comments or replies that have stood out in some way and you've thought to yourself now that's a comment!

It would be really great if other Hivians would seriously consider joining in with this goodwill project, if you chose to you would be helping to spread some love around the community.

So let's have no further hesitation, for this week's favourite comment the highly coveted crown is awarded to @honeydue for a comment she made on a post I published earlier in the week regarding the SECs decisions to drop investigations into crypto exchanges.

The post her comment is on can be found here - https://peakd.com/crypto/@peaceandmoney/trumps-pro-crypto-administration-sec-now-drops-probe-into-robinhood-crypto

So here is the winning comment @honeydue left on that post.

Now on the surface this comment might not appear too valuable but what I really like about it is that warning regarding people and power. While @honeydue expresses hope and optimism and concurs with the sentiment of the post she is also warning that it might not all be so rosy. This comment made me think more about powerful people getting more involved in the cryptosphere, and she's right to bring this to my attention. Yes, the Trump administration is the most crypto friendly US government we've ever seen but that's no guarantee the establishment won't do what establishments generally tend to do - take control.

I don't think I've met you before but thank you @honeydue for your comment and it's a pleasure to meet you.

I am setting this post to payout a 15% beneficiary payment to @honeydue.

Well Hive people that just about concludes things for another week. I hope you appreciated my comment of the week just as much as I did. If my fellow Hivians would care to join in with my #favouritecommentfriday project and shine a spotlight on a comment or reply which may have impressed you, made you chuckle or perhaps made you think deeply about something you hadn't thought of before then why not publish your own post. If you do make sure you use the tag #favouritecommentfriday or #fcf.

So please do think about participating in what I call a small festival of appreciation and gratitude, because that really is the whole point of my #favouritecommentfriday project. It's to show some genuine appreciation for someone else's extra special comment or reply and make them feel a little more appreciated.

Peace!
