Favourite Comment Friday - What's Been Your Favourite Comment of the Week?

in #hivelast month

Hey Hive folk, how are you all doing out there? It's time once again where I present to you guys and girls another #favouritecommentfriday or #fcf post. I sincerely hope that by now my community oriented project is getting more attention perhaps even inspiring others, because as we all know appreciation for other Hivian's comments and engagement is important. My #fcf initiative has been running for five months now, fancy joining in?

Each week I like placing a spotlight on my favourite Hive comment or reply that I've encountered during the week. The comment could have been made on one of my posts or it might have been posted on someone else's post, it really doesn't matter, just as long as the comment or reply has some kind of awesome quality about it in some way.

The reason why I created this project is that I feel sometimes there is insufficient appreciation for particular comments that deserve to be commended for their sheer awesomeness. They need the attention and justice they deserve. Therefore my #fcf initiative is a way of doing justice to that injustice!

I'm sure you guys know what I mean and have come across comments or replies that have stood out in some way and you've thought to yourself now that's a comment!

It would be really great if other Hivians would seriously consider joining in with this goodwill project, if you chose to you would be helping to spread some love around the community.

So let's delay no further, for this week's favourite comment I am delighted to announce that the highly sought after crown is awarded to @davidfar for a reply he made on a post by @harbiter in which @harbiter explores his thoughts and feelings on the Hive platform.

The post his comment is on can be found here - https://peakd.com/hive-146620/@harbiter/i-have-a-dream-of-hive-itaeng. You should really try checking out @harbiter's post which provides a very comprehensive insight to the thoughts of one Hivian about Hive and his potential plan to create a new tribe here on Hive.

Anyway here is the winning comment.

As you can see @davidfar provides a very comprehensive and detailed comment giving us his own experience of Hive and his time on the legacy chain Steemit, which is where I started too! He doesn't leave anything to imagination in his comment and we get to know him a little more. So much can be achieved in just one comment here on Hive. I don't know much about @davidfar but it's great to meet you!

I am setting this post to payout a 15% beneficiary payment to @davidfar.

Well good people of Hive land that wraps up things for another week. I hope you appreciated my comment of the week just as much as I did. If my fellow Hivians would care to join in with my #favouritecommentfriday project and place a spotlight on a comment or reply which may have impressed you, made you chuckle or perhaps made you think deeply about something you hadn't thought of before then why not publish your own post. If you do make sure you use the tag #favouritecommentfriday or #fcf.

So please do think about participating in what I call a small festival of appreciation and gratitude, because that really is the whole point of my #favouritecommentfriday project. It's to show some genuine appreciation for someone else's extra special comment or reply and make them feel a little more appreciated.

Peace!

Thanks for the share! I think we all can agree that Hive is by far a better "social" platform than its web2 cousins, because here we make real friendships and support each other

Thank you and nice to meet you too @peaceandmoney , this was a surprise and at the same time a great work that you are doing on hive, I agree with you, and I am sure that @harbiter 's community will become a special place on hive :) \mm/
