I have never been a proponent of anything of the sort, and guilty-party claims they don't know who is downvoting me with the steemcleaners account.
They accuse me of "trolling" when the ONLY comment I made was "this happens a lot" in response to another user in the "appeals" channel asking why they were accused of plagiarism for something they wrote themselves.
