Its that time again everybody, another #HPUD! Just wanted to give a quick reminder to the community that if you participate in powering up some of your Hive today, you can be entered for some pretty cool prizes like delegations and more!
In the spirit of #HPUD, I will personally be powering up another 1000 Hive to increase my participation and get closer to my goal of having atleast 2500 HP on my sicarius account. Powering up is one of the best was you can participate in the Hive community, but it doesn't end there! Make sure to use your freshly powered up Hive to participate in curation, content creation, gaming, delegations, and more. You get out of our lovely ecosystem what you put into it, and be sure to always keep that in mind!
Quick HF25 notes
I am sure most everyone has realized it, but a majority of witnesses and api nodes have signaled the HF25 hardfork, which means there are some new features that you can try out and some changes that will effect the chain for the better! You can now use things such as recurring transfers, nearly instant HBD to Hive conversion, and things like curation rewards and witness votes have changed.
Be sure to take a look at your current witness votes and read a little about the changes of HBD savings. Votes for inactive witnesses will start to decay, so it is a good idea to reevaluate your votes. If you have any extra votes or are looking to change votes away from inactive witnesses, check out the @sicarius witness and consider voting here: https://vote.hive.uno/@sicarius. My witness has been growing fast and a big thanks to all the community members who have sent votes my way!
Also in regards to the HBD Savings comment, be sure to refresh that so that you will receive rewards again! Lots of posts have been written about the changes in rewards, and be sure to check out a couple to see how it may have effected you.
