Hive SBI has an easy way for any user to have their votes skipped that the user was not aware of (because they had not read our FAQ). We pointed it out to him (and he also found it on his own once he was called out).
We also have strict anti-spam and anti-plagiarism policies (including using third-party blacklists) and we stop upvoting tags where abuse becomes too prevalent relative to actual content.
After this incident we are considering d.buzz for addition to our tag blacklist, but have not made a final decision yet.
Can you use the term "exclusion" instead of "blacklist"? 🤔
@chrisrice
We are going to use the word Mutelist instead.

Okay, but I am referring to steembasicincome's use of the term "blacklist" to ignore posts made on D.Buzz instead of "exclusion list" or "ignore list", since the word "blacklist" implies accounts posting intentional and repeated spam, plagiarism, phishing, etc.
It's semantics. I will try to use 'exclusion list' in such cases in the future.
Thank you @josephsavage, and I think that decision makes sense.
