Because it is needless bloat.
If there are ppl who votes on this reports then, i think, they are not pointless or needless.
The largest spammer on the chain posting hundreds or thousands of spam a day gets votes too.
For sure, there are some reasons that this spamers gets theier votes. I also got some comments which tell me that some ppl like this reports
I find this kind of posts very helpful, they provide more Hive burning than Hive's ruling class.
Every day is pointless.
