Well I personally have had a bad experience giving people things for free.
It has usually ended up being bad for me and the person receiving the free thing.
Almost everyone I know has gone through the same thing at least once in their life.
If yo get something for free, you don't tend to value it.
Which usually sucks for everyone involved
