How much did the Hard Fork change rewards?

I am just curious what people think. If you don't know, the hard fork removed the DHF funds from the supply which reduces ongoing inflation.

If you were to guess, how much did it reduce inflation (author rewards, curation rewards, witness rewards, vesting rewards)?

Is it only certain DApps (such as peakd.com) that support displaying polls?
I usually use hive.blog, and I’ve never seen polls displayed.

They are only on PeakD, but they are designed open so anyone can adopt it. Just no one has.
