Little Neddy Runner

Who doesn't love 2D side scrolling run & jumpers? I know @schattenjaeger does, so I've dedicated this little gem to him so he can speed run his way to glory on Twitch! 😉

The object of the game is to help Little Neddy get as much HIVE as he can without either being blown up, run over or tripping over some obstacle along the way. Can you help him? Be sure to grab all the food you can along the way for bonus points because Little Neddy likes to eat!

How To Play

Playing Little Neddy Runner is very simple. It's one of those "hyper-casual" games all the kids love to play while they should be doing their homework or getting a job or something. Just click on the screen with your mouse or finger to make Little Neddy jump or click twice for a s00per jump!

This game, like all BRO Games, has a Leaderboard that you can climb and we even run contest for HIVE from time to time, so join up today at BROSGN.com!

Sure they are. LOL.
The hair is a dead giveaway.

This looks like a lot of fun! Will give it a go.

Are you planning on adding a Hive Keychain or Hive Signer log in?

I just make games bro. No login or money is required to play any of them. =)

It wasn't because of the money it was just for signing in and getting on the leaderboard instead of having to create a separate account.

I'm pretty bored and coffee'd up, so I'll play devils advocate (for the lulz) and respond. =)

I'm no security expert, but I personally am not a fan of using the same login information on every website I visit ... despite it's convenience ... especially an account that is tied to some sort of monetary system. ;)

One password is all that possibly keeps "the evil doers" from ruining a victims blogging career and therefore their earning potential on such a chain and then ... the chain reaction begins. Every website the victim used this login system on is now compromised simply because of a single password and ... convenience. /shrug

This doesn't sound too enticing to me (Mr. Devils Advocate), but I'll admit, I'm not like everyone else. ;)

I don't even use the Google login (which supports far more people in the world than Hive [#dig]) on BROSGN.com, even though it would be way more convenient to do so.

Also, tbh ... I don't think BROSGN.com is a "Hive" website (you'd have to ask the Owner, @ats-david). AFAIK it's just a gaming website for everyone in the world. There's no need to have a Hive account ... or any account ... unless, like you say ... you want to be on a leaderboard.

But being on a leaderboard requires a "separate account" to be created in the database on BROSGN.com, since that information is not stored on the Hive (or any) blockchain or external ledger.

From my understanding (though I'm usually wrong on such topics), using a Hive, Google or Facebook login (coming soon I hear, probably because it supports far more people in the world than Hive [#dig]) simply means you're using the same login information you use elsewhere to access the "separate account" on BROSGN.com. And as we've already determined ... personally I'm no fan of such a thing. =D

But I digress ... the main point is ... I just make games bro. ;)

If David wants to create a Hive login for BROSGN.com, I'm sure he'll hire some competent blockchain developer (who will tackle such a task lickety-split) to do it one day and in the meantime he'll probably provide a way for the vast majority of the world to login conveniently if they so choose (though I don't recommend it). ;)
