Let me get this straight, basically you're thinking a proposal of 3,000 of HBD a month to make content centered around Hive and advertise it sounds reasonable?
Man are you out of your mind? I'm all for using the Hive fund to allocate a marketing/affiliate program to pay content creators and promoters. But to just act like you didn't just disappear once shit went sideways and became a critic, and now come back and basically go "oh yeah I'm all in on Hive thats why ya'll should pay me to advertise it" is just delusional.
The reality is, even if your analytics are impressive, there's no way to justify to the majority of witnesses and OG hivers why they should not only accept you back into the community but also pay you over 3k a month.
I'll give you the benefit of the doubt, if your intent is pure, you think you'll actually attract new users, and you aren't going to start shit and jump ship like last time, then maybe a referral program type of proposal in which your compensation is paid upon bringing in verified new users could work. But then again the opinions of individuals like @azircon would also have to change and I don't see that happening especially since your "return" is just going to completely ignore why you left.
TL;DR: Giving you the benefit of doubt here, you can't just return to this platform and act like nothing happened. Address the past, make amends or something, prove your intent(power up some hive man) and analytics are legit, and after all that maybe a referral/affiliate like proposal in which compensation is based on verified new users onboarded by you might work.
