Use GAAP. The DHF has to account for disbursements, or we might as well be throwing money out a car windown on a driveby.
Also, HF28 may have had other effects that didn't impact me, but I note that I can now only cast about half as many votes as I could before it rolled out. I also note that HBDfunder comments bleed VP of whales much faster now, and roll in those sweet, sweet curation rewards with, apparently, half the effort. This focuses inflation from the rewards pool purely on curation rewards, and denies creators their share in that pool.
