Since the explosion of social media, which seemingly better connects society, society has become ever more insular and fractured. Sociological data reveals that since the iPhone was introduced, social activities teens have been notorious for, such as partying, drinking, hooking up, and just stepping outside the house have declined both precipitously, and in precise correlation to the degree of social media exposure.

It's an interesting phenomenon, but tragic.
