Tell me more about this tipu. Is it a social media?
@tipu is a profile here on Hive that you can use to use to give a content creator an extra tip on their post because the user feels its deserved that does cost BUT there is alot more to it they have a website that explains it more. Now about how much hive you need, you don't need anything to be apart of the community.
