I love beautiful salads!! They are easy to make and heathy to our body. Just looking through my photos and found these beautiful salads I made through out the year. What is your favorite salad and what is your favorite dressing?

My favorite is Greek salad with black olives. But in general I love a simple dressing out of apple vinegar and pumpkin seed oil.
Your salads look yummy! I love the addition of seeds and nuts.

Do you know Asian cucumber salad? It’s super easy and delicious: cucumber, garlic and cilantro(optional ) then soysause and sesame oil. That’s it so yummy!!!and you can add chilli pepper to it for the kick 😊

I love salads like this, I like almonds. I think especially walnuts are great in salads and in oatmeal.
