Krampus+ or KE+ is an modification of the formula to include Witness and DHF rewards.

It's right up there.

Yes, just making sure I understand it correctly.

For people who are not witness or block producer and didn't receive any DHF rewards. Those two terms are zero. So for most people KE = KE+.

For others it is not.

This seems fine to me.

Yes, it just adds in Witness & DHF payouts.
Also notice, I color coded the KE columns.

Yeah and the cut off for the colors are

0-3
3-10
Greater than 10

It was completely arbitrary chosen though.
