Such a great idea, I have tried for well 4 years to get an old old friend of mine who produces music to get on crypto and hive but it's so hard to convince.

Ahh well, you cannot force people. I think for crypto you either need to have this excitement, or it does not help starting it. Otherwise they will always feel uncomfortable with it.
