Phase #2 Of The HiveBuilder Project Is Now Live
We are now beginning Phase #2 of the HiveBuilder project and we're kicking things off with Batch #1 which contains 5000 HBT to be sold on the market at the 1 Hive price from the issuing account @hivebuilder.
What Is The HiveBuilder Project?
The project was created to help people to increase their Hive holdings by guaranteeing a profit in Hive to those buying the HBT token through our buy-back program. (we sell HBT at 1 hive and buy back HBT at 1.5 hive). We run weekly buy-backs and have completed our first Phase #1 and now you can join us for Phase #2 with more HBT tokens being made available on the Hive-Engine market.
How To Earn Hive With HBT Token
We sell HBT from our issuing account at 1 Hive per 1 HBT, you can then sell 1 HBT back to us for 1.5 Hive giving you a 50% profit on your Hive.

Once you have bought HBT then you should list it on the market at anywhere from 1 Hive to 1.5 Hive in price so that we can buy the tokens back through our buy-back program.
What We Do With Funds Collected
We take the funds and split into 3 core sections:
75% Off Site Staking & Mining - We invest the largest portion of the funds collected into our "off site staking and mining" fund which is used primarily to bring in funds from outside of Hive via physical mining, staking, arbitrage, bots etc.
20% Power Up - We power up some funds to the @hivebuilder account as we also like to curate some of the good content here on Hive.
5% HiveBuilder Team - We need to pay our team to run the project, we are currently developing a few apps behind the scenes...
Buy Back Program
We use the profits generated from the funds collected to purchase HBT back at a higher price than we sold it for through our buy back program. We purchase tokens from the market and then burn the tokens so they can not be reused. During Phase #2 our buy-back will buy HBT up to 1.5x Hive price from the market.
What's New With Phase #2?
We have changed our project to expand as we begin to grow, the key new features of Phase #2 are as follows:
#1 Physical Mining Investment
We are purchasing physical mining equipment to help generate daily funds for the project. This is one of the best and safest investments at the moment due to the fact we will have resale value on the hardware coupled with the great returns.
We will be using some of the funds collected from HBT sale to purchase the following equipment as our first rig:
Ryzen 5 3600 CPU
Asus mining motherboard (supports 20 gpu's)
RX 590 GPU
FSP 1000w Power Supply
16gb DDR4 Hyper X Ram

#2 You Can Increase The Weekly Buy-Backs!
We won't beat around the bush here, we use referral deals with some leading brands such as Amazon etc. The funds collected from the referral deals will go towards the buy-back program. You can find ways to increase the buy-backs on our website HiveBuilder.com.
The reason HBT token holders should consider completing the offers is simple, it will speed up the time it takes to buy-back your tokens and make you a profit.

#3 Developments
Our team is currently getting to grips with the Hive Blockchain as we write this post and we are making good progress on our way to releasing the HBT app, we are not sure of an eta at the moment but this is definitely something to look forward to in Phase #2! We can't say more for now sorry!

Hi @metzli, that's exactly the idea! We will be doing our first buy-back on Monday so if you're the first to list your HBT tokens then you should be the first to have your tokens bought back.

Please do list your HBT tokens for sale straight away at anywhere between 1.1x hive and 1.5x hive depending on the time you want to wait for your tokens to be bought back (lower price always bought first).
