Definitely a push everywhere to have AI localized, like here in Canada (wrote about that in the other comment reply here). Whether that will have any consequences on data use is another matter. Looking at this experience its mostly usable for data processing and optimization. The produced code has to be rewritten. You can publish it and basically fool the public with crap but it's still crap.
