¡Saludos comunidad! luego de una gran jornada de eventos en la ciudad capital de Venezuela, hoy compartimos un primer resumen.
Hace poco la comunidad de Venezuela y otros países tuvieron la oportunidad de vivir la experiencia del principal evento de blockchian y Web3 del país: la Caracas Blockchain Week.
La comunidad de Hive estuvo presente con al menos 100 usuarios de distintos estados del país, como Aragua, Miranda, Distrito Capital, Sucre, Yaracuy, Lara, Carabobo, Anzoátegui, Zulia, entre otros. Te compartimos en este post, un resumen completo de actividades que luego ampliaremos a detalle:
- Primer Cripto Hackathon en Venezuela. (24 hasta el 26 de octubre).
Blockchain es una tecnología emergente, en algunos países como Venezuela el desarrollo en blockchain también está en adopción, para ello es fundamental el impulso de eventos y actividades que promuevan la construcción y fortalecimiento de la blockchain y que mejor que hacerlo que en un Hackathon.
Este evento fue organizado por la Caracas Blockchain Week junto a KingofDev. Hive fue sponsor de este primer Hackathon de Web3 en Venezuela y además se incluyó un track de @spknetwork con una premiación de 1800 HBD que fueron distribuidos entre los equipos ganadores, dentro del que resultó en primer lugar @ch1nux "El aguacate programador", junto al equipo de grandes desarrolladores.
- Workshop: ¿Cómo construir en Hive?
En la torre de Tecnología Financiera hubo un espacio de talleres y Meetups, donde organizamos presentaciones para enseñar sobre Hive y Web3. Fue un hora de aprendizaje en donde @enrique89 compartió una introducción sobre Hive y un paso a paso para construir en la blockchain dirigido a nuevos usuarios.
Tuvimos la participación especial de @starkerz quien viajó desde Londres, nos habló sobre Hive, 3Speak y SPK Network con el apoyo en la traducción de @ilazramusic. El espacio estuvo moderado por @samgiset la grata compañía de la comunidad de Hive y público interesado que participó en la ronda de preguntas y respuestas.
Al finalizar este encuentro, se ofreció un agasajo y la entrega formal de la merch para la Caracas Blockchain Week al equipo organizador y speakers, que incluía alrededor de 40 personas.
Durante el 24, 25 y 26 de octubre se desarrolló una amplia agenda de workshop con la participación de proyectos, de inversionista y otros componentes educativos que ofrecieron variedad y experiencias muy nutridas.
- Conferencias y paneles
A partir del Viernes 27 y 28 de octubre, nos trasladamos a la Universidad Católica Andrés Bello (UCAB), donde tuvimos una jornada completa de 8:30am a 6:00pm con la participación en variados temas de 7 speakers y 1 moderadora de Hive, en paneles y conferencias principales que a continuación haremos mención:

Igualmente, la CBW tenía una amplia agenda de opciones educativas que este año se enfocó hacia cómo construir en el aprovechamiento de la tecnología blockchain, fortalecer los conocimientos filosóficos de la Web3 y la oportunidad de crear una amplia red de alianzas que se resume en el eslogan de 2023: "Construye, Aprende, Usa y Adopta".
Stand y otras actividades
Hive tuvo una agenda genial y un increíble stand con muchas opciones para aprender, divertirse y compartir, todas las personas que transitaba, hacían una parada necesaria, para vivir experiencias de sorteos, premios, apertura de cuenta, registros fotograficos, entervistas y hora del café.
En simultáneo, hubo equipos organizados para networking tanto en el stand como de manera externa con otros proyectos de gran relevancia.

Queremos agradecer a todas las personas voluntarias que formaron parte de este despliegue de una semana completa, se logró una presencia muy profesional, con preparación previa de todos los equipos
Gracias a todas las personas que hicieron un gran esfuerzo por viajar desde otros territorios y lograr el objetivo de compartir con la comunidad y aprovechar este gran evento.
Hay mucho continuar trabajando: sistematizar datos y experiencias; darle seguimiento a las nuevas alianzas y seguir construyendo en el mejor ecosistema de Web3. Tenemos la firmeza que, la clave de crecer es educarse y aprovechar nuestros talentos para aportar al futuro desde ahora, mirar afuera e inspirarnos de los mejor.

Greetings community! after a great day of events in the capital city, today we share a first summary.
Recently the community of Venezuela and other countries had the opportunity to experience the main blockchian and Web3 event in the country: the Caracas Blockchain Week.
The Hive community was present with at least 100 users from different states of the country, such as Aragua, Miranda, Distrito Capital, Sucre, Yaracuy, Lara, Carabobo, Anzoátegui, Zulia, among others. We share with you in this post, a complete summary of activities that we will expand on in detail later:
- First Crypto Hackathon in Venezuela (October 24th to 26th).
Blockchain is an emerging technology, in some countries like Venezuela the development in the blockchain is also in adoption, for this, it is essential to promote events and activities that promote the construction and strengthening of the blockchain, and what better to do than in a Hackathon.
This event was organized by Caracas Blockchain Week together with KingofDev. Hive was a sponsor of this first Web3 Hackathon in Venezuela and also included a @spknetwork track with an award of 1800 HBD that was distributed among the winning teams, in which @ch1nux "The avocado programmer", together with the team of great developers, came in the first place.
- Workshop: How to build in Hive?
In the Financial Technology tower, there was a space for workshops and meetups, where we organized presentations to teach about Hive and Web3. It was an hour of learning where @enrique89 shared an introduction about Hive and a step-by-step guide to building on the blockchain aimed at new users.
We had the special participation of @starkerz who traveled from London, he talked about Hive, 3Speak, and SPK Network with the translation support of @ilazramusic. The space was moderated by @samgiset the pleasant company of the Hive community and interested public who participated in the round of questions and answers.
At the end of this meeting, a reception and the formal delivery of the merch for the Caracas Blockchain Week was offered to the organizing team and speakers, which included about 40 people.
During October 24, 25 and 26, an extensive workshop agenda was developed with the participation of projects, investors and other educational components that offered a variety and vibrant experiences.

- Stand and other activities
Hive had a great agenda and an incredible booth with many options to learn, have fun, and share, all the people who passed by, made a necessary stop, to live experiences of raffles, prizes, account opening, photographic records, interviews, and coffee hour.
It is estimated that there were at least 400 people who visited the stand and shared their data for registration.
Simultaneously, there were teams organized for networking both at the booth and externally with other relevant projects.

We want to thank all the volunteers who were part of this week-long deployment, a very professional presence was achieved, with the previous preparation of all the teams.
Thanks to all the people who made a great effort to travel from other territories and achieve the objective of sharing with the community and taking advantage of this great event.
There is a lot to continue working on: systematize data and experiences; follow up on new alliances and continue building the best Web3 ecosystem. We are firm in our belief that the key to growth is to educate ourselves and take advantage of our talents to contribute to the future from now on, to look outside, and be inspired by the best.
