Nice site. I'm still a little confused on the significance of the background colors.

Also, I'm not sure I understand what makes one legendary and one common if there is only 1 mint of each one in the tier 3's.

Theres 3 levels of backgrounds in the overall collection.

These two are treated as same rarity.

So for tier 3 the actual breakdown is 1/2/3.

For lower tiers quantities are increased for each background pattern (not color) based on that treatment and overall character quantity per tier.
