That's a great healthy choice that I've treated my family to last weekend. Sockeye is my favorite salmon I bought at $36CAD/kg, the whole fish dressed cost $72CAD. It's expensive but delicious.
I also worked a several seasons in the Canadian salmon Fishing industry and I know my salmon.
