  • All are class T at the moment.

  • In terms of rewards, older alpha will be > latest beta.

  • In terms of values, all current planets have all been updated to same generation (some had update passes)

  • More distinction will appear however current tool was already pushed to some advanced rendering. What we will do is adjust atmospheric effects.

  • We also have about two dozen color buffers all randomly picked for shadows/lights/sun/ground/water/cliff etc and a script which adjusts color from planet temperature, this script could be fine-tuned. It may currently be trying too hard to put some color tones. However, results seem to be good overall.

  • As an exotic note current T-class planets have received a name which actually comes from the mineral name generator! Hence names such as Aceite, Casrarene, Alporone, etc. Although it began as something not intentional we found out the generator program worked out cool names, so that was kept. But names will later have more differentiation and come from a regular planet name generator starting from F-class. T-planets will then always have this little "style" for them. We do have different name generator programming for wildlife, vegetation, people, etc already.

  • Sckoarn has been working on another planet rendering program, which will be used once ready for other scan types before being tested for full shape/color rendering. That will take time!
