Commander Stats:

  • Attack, Speed, Defense, and Critical
  • Health pool: Level Γ— 100 + Total Defense Γ— 10 (Total Defense = Base + Equipment Bonuses)
  • Mana pool: Level Γ— 50
  • Equipment slots for massive stat bonuses

Progression System:

  1. Gain Experience: Sacrifice heroes to gain experience points (XP is based on rarity only, not level)
    • Common hero: 100 XP
    • Rare hero: 300 XP
    • Epic hero: 600 XP
    • Legendary hero: 2,000 XP
  2. Reach Experience Threshold: Accumulate enough XP for the next level
    • Experience requirement increases with each level
    • Formula: (Next Level - 1)Β² Γ— 1000 XP
    • Examples:
      • Level 1β†’2: (2-1)Β² Γ— 1000 = 1,000 XP
      • Level 2β†’3: (3-1)Β² Γ— 1000 = 4,000 XP
      • Level 10β†’11: (11-1)Β² Γ— 1000 = 100,000 XP
  3. Level Up: Once you have enough XP, spend shards to level up
    • Shard cost: Current Level Γ— 10 shards
    • Level 1 β†’ 2: 10 shards
    • Level 2 β†’ 3: 20 shards
    • Level 10 β†’ 11: 100 shards
  4. Full Heal: Your commander fully restores health and mana on level up!

Important: You need BOTH sufficient experience AND shards to level up. Gain XP first, then click "Level Up" when ready!

πŸ›‘οΈ Commander Equipment Progression

Your Commander's equipment can be upgraded by feeding materials!

Equipment Leveling System:

  • 5 Equipment Slots: Weapon, Chest, Head, Arms, Boots
  • Experience-Based Levels: Feed materials to gain equipment XP
  • Max Level: 100 per equipment slot

Material XP Values:

  • Common Material: 25 XP
  • Rare Material: 75 XP
  • Epic Material: 150 XP
  • Legendary Material: 500 XP

Equipment Level Formula: (Level - 1)Β² Γ— 4000 + 1000

Equipment starts at Level 0 and requires XP to reach Level 1!

  • Level 0 β†’ 1: 1,000 XP needed
  • Level 1 β†’ 2: 4,000 XP needed (5,000 total)
  • Level 2 β†’ 3: 12,000 XP needed (17,000 total)
  • Level 10: 325,000 XP total
  • Level 50: 9,801,000 XP total
  • Level 100: 39,601,000 XP total

Stat Bonuses from Equipment:

Commander equipment uses Legendary-tier formulas with fixed bonuses per level:

  • Level 0 Equipment: Provides no stat bonus
  • Weapon, Chest, Gauntlets, Boots: +80 stats per level (max +8,000 at Level 100)
    • Level 1 = +80
    • Level 10 = +800
    • Level 50 = +4,000
    • Level 100 = +8,000
  • Helmet (Critical): +1% critical per level (max +100% at Level 100)
    • Level 1 = +1%
    • Level 10 = +10%
    • Level 50 = +50%
    • Level 100 = +100%

Equipment Slot β†’ Stat Mapping:

  • Weapon: +80 Attack per level
  • Chest: +80 Defense per level
  • Head: +1% Critical per level
  • Arms (Gauntlets): +80 Attack per level
  • Boots: +80 Speed per level

πŸ“ˆ Commander Stat Upgrades

Manually upgrade individual commander stats using coins!

Stat Upgrade System:

  • Upgrade 3 core stats: Attack, Speed, Defense
  • Each upgrade costs coins based on current stat value
  • Stats are capped at: Legendary Base (80) Γ— Commander Level
  • Critical stat cannot be upgraded manually (only through equipment and commander level up)

Upgrade Cost Formula: Cost per Point = floor((Current Stat Value)^1.5)

Examples:

  • Upgrading from 1 β†’ 2: 1 coin
  • Upgrading from 10 β†’ 11: 31 coins
  • Upgrading from 50 β†’ 51: 353 coins
  • Upgrading from 100 β†’ 101: 1,000 coins
  • Upgrading from 200 β†’ 201: 2,828 coins

Cost Progression:
The exponential formula (^1.5) creates balanced progression where:

  • Early upgrades (1-20) cost very little
  • Mid-range upgrades (20-100) become moderately expensive
  • High-tier upgrades (100+) become very costly

Strategy Tip: Early stat upgrades are extremely cheap! Invest in key stats early for huge value. Costs scale exponentially, so plan your stat distribution carefully!

πŸ“Š Complete Progression Formulas

Commander Level Experience

Required XP = (Target Level - 1)Β² Γ— 1000
Shard Cost = Current Level Γ— 10

Equipment Level Experience

Required XP = (Target Level - 1)Β² Γ— 1000 + 1000
Equipment Level = floor(√((Total XP - 1000) / 1000)) + 1

Quadratic Progression with +1000 offset: Equipment starts at Level 0!

  • Level 0β†’1: 1,000 XP needed
  • Level 1β†’2: 2,000 XP needed (3,000 total)
  • Level 2β†’3: 5,000 XP needed (8,000 total)
  • Level 10: 101,000 XP total needed

Note: The +1000 ensures Level 0β†’1 costs 1,000 XP, maintaining quadratic growth after that!

Stat Bonuses:

  • Non-Critical Equipment: +80 stats per level (max +8,000 at Level 100)
  • Critical Equipment (Helmet): +1% per level (max +100% at Level 100)

Stat Upgrade Cost

Cost per Point = floor((Current Stat Value)^1.5) coins

πŸ—ΊοΈ Quest Mode - Solo Adventures!

Commanders can now embark on solo quests through dangerous dungeons, facing mobs in turn-based combat!

Quest Features:

  • Turn-Based Combat: Attack mobs strategically and watch the battle unfold
  • Multiple Encounters: Continue fighting mobs in the same dungeon to accumulate rewards
  • Escape Mechanics: Flee from tough battles (with a 10% max health penalty if you escape mid-combat)
  • Progressive Difficulty: Unlock higher-level dungeons as your Commander levels up

How It Works:

  1. Select a dungeon from the Quests tab
  2. Encounter randomly generated mobs based on the dungeon
  3. Engage in turn-based combat
  4. Defeat the mob to earn rewards
  5. Choose to continue to the next encounter or claim your accumulated rewards

Mob Variety:

  • Mobs have randomized levels, stats, and rarities (Common, Rare, Epic, Legendary)
  • Higher rarity mobs are tougher but drop better loot
  • Each dungeon has unique mob pools with different encounter rates

πŸ’Ž New Material: Fragments

Introducing Fragments - a new material type that drops from quest mobs!

Fragment System:

  • Drop from mobs during Commander quests
  • Drop rates based on mob rarity:
    • Common mobs: 5% chance
    • Rare mobs: 10% chance
    • Epic mobs: 15% chance
    • Legendary mobs: 20% chance
  • Crafting: Collect 10 fragments to craft a full Boss Core material!
  • Boss Cores are essential for high-tier equipment upgrades

This gives solo players a path to obtaining Boss Cores without requiring huge boss raid parties!

πŸŽ’ Expedition Run & Bag System

Manage your dungeon expeditions strategically with the new Expedition Run and Inventory Bag systems!

Expedition Runs:

  • 6 Maximum Runs: You can store up to 6 expedition runs at a time
  • Regeneration: Regenerates 1 run every 4 hours automatically
  • No Daily Reset: Runs accumulate continuously (timezone-friendly!)
  • Full Regeneration: Takes 24 hours to fully regenerate from 0 to 6 runs
  • Run Consumption: Each quest dungeon consumes 1 expedition run

Inventory Bag:

  • Default Capacity: 10 items (tracks total quantity)
  • Tracks All Loot: Materials, consumables, and fragments count toward bag limit
  • Bag Full Mechanic: When bag is full, you can still fight but item drops are lost!
    • βœ… Tokens and experience are always collected
    • ❌ Materials, consumables, and fragments are lost when bag is full
    • ⚠️ Warning displayed when bag reaches capacity
  • Upgradeable: Increase bag capacity by 5 slots per upgrade
  • Upgrade Cost: Current Capacity Γ— 5 shards
    • 10 slots β†’ 15 slots: 50 shards
    • 15 slots β†’ 20 slots: 75 shards
    • 20 slots β†’ 25 slots: 100 shards

Strategy:

  • Plan your dungeon runs around regeneration timers
  • Save up runs for intensive farming sessions (max 12 runs in 24 hours: 6 saved + 6 regenerated)
  • Upgrade bag capacity early to avoid losing valuable item drops
  • Claim rewards regularly when bag is near full
  • Continue fighting even with full bag if you only need tokens/XP

⚰️ Commander Death & Revival System

Commanders can now be defeated in battle! But don't worry - there are multiple ways to bring them back.

Death Mechanics:

  • Commanders are defeated when their health reaches zero in quest combat
  • All equipment, stats, and progress are preserved
  • Quest ends immediately and all pending rewards are lost
  • Commander cannot undertake new quests while defeated
  • Dead commanders do not regenerate health or mana passively
  • Quest UI automatically redirects to quest selection when commander dies

What Happens When Commander Dies:

  • ❌ Active quest is terminated
  • ❌ All accumulated rewards from encounters are forfeited (tokens, XP, materials, fragments, potions)
  • ❌ Commander marked as "dead" and cannot start new quests
  • ❌ Passive regeneration stops
  • βœ… All equipment, stats, and levels are preserved
  • βœ… Can be revived with full health and mana

Revival Options:

  • Free Revival (24 hours): Wait 24 hours and revive your commander for free
    • Countdown timer shows time remaining
    • Automatically available after cooldown expires
    • Revive with full health and mana
  • Instant Revival (RAID Tokens): Pay Max HP Γ— 5 RAID tokens for instant revival
    • Calculate cost formula: Current Max HP Γ— 5
    • Example: Commander with 10,000 Max HP = 50,000 RAID tokens
    • Instantly revive with full health and mana

Revival Strategy Tips:

  • Use free revival for overnight downtime
  • Save instant revival for critical moments
  • Higher HP commanders cost more to instantly revive
  • Balance HP investment with revival cost considerations
  • Claim rewards frequently! Don't risk losing accumulated loot to death

πŸ§ͺ Consumables: Health Potions

Never run out of health in the middle of a quest! We've added Health Potions as a new consumable item type.

Potion Tiers:

  • Common Potion: Restores 5% max health
  • Rare Potion: Restores 10% max health
  • Epic Potion: Restores 15% max health
  • Legendary Potion: Restores 25% max health

How to Get Potions:

  • Drop from quest mobs with level-based drop rates (21% - 60% chance)
  • Drop Rate: Exactly 1 potion per mob kill (when drop occurs)
  • Higher level mobs have better drop chances
  • Mob rarity affects potion rarity distribution

Using Potions:

  • Access the Healing Panel in the Commander tab
  • Select a potion and use it to instantly restore health
  • Cannot use potions during active combat (heal between encounters)

πŸ”¨ Workshop Fragment Tab

The Workshop now has a dedicated Fragment Crafting tab!

Features:

  • View all your collected fragments
  • Convert 10 fragments into 1 Boss Core material
  • Track fragment progress for each boss type
  • Easy-to-use interface for bulk crafting

This makes Boss Cores more accessible and gives you more control over your equipment upgrade paths!

πŸͺ Material Shop - NPC Trading Post

Buy and sell materials directly with the game's NPC shop!

Shop Features:

  • Instant Trading: Buy or sell materials immediately for RAID tokens
  • Dynamic Inventory: Shop stock changes based on player activity
  • All Material Types: Trade Metals, Leather, Wood, Arcane, Essence, Fragments, and Boss Cores
  • Smart Filtering: Filter by material class, rarity, and stock availability
  • Bulk Transactions: Buy or sell multiple items at once

How It Works:

  1. Go to the Marketplace tab and select Material Shop
  2. Browse available materials with current buy/sell prices
  3. Sell your excess materials for RAID tokens
  4. Buy materials you need using RAID tokens
  5. Shop inventory updates dynamically based on all player transactions

Shop Economics:

  • Selling to Shop: Convert unwanted materials into RAID tokens instantly
  • Buying from Shop: Purchase needed materials (only when in stock)
  • Stock System: Shop quantities fluctuate based on player buying/selling
  • Price Tiers: Different prices for different material rarities

πŸ› Quality of Life Improvements

We've also made several important bug fixes and UI improvements:

βœ… Training Input Field

  • Before: Spam clicking + and - buttons to train stats
  • After: Direct input field to enter the exact amount you want to train
  • Saves time and makes bulk training much easier!

βœ… Equipment Class Validation

  • Fixed validation issues with equipment and hero classes
  • Equipment now correctly checks class compatibility
  • No more equipping invalid gear on heroes

βœ… Hero Burning Tracker

  • Added visual tracker showing before/after hero counts when burning heroes
  • See exactly how many heroes you're sacrificing
  • Displays total experience gained from the burn
  • Prevents accidental mass hero sacrifices

πŸ“Š Reward Structure

Quest Rewards Per Mob:

Rewards are calculated using the formula: Base Reward Γ— Rarity Multiplier

Rarity Multipliers:

  • Common Mobs: 1.0Γ— (base rewards)
  • Rare Mobs: 1.25Γ— (+25% rewards)
  • Epic Mobs: 1.5Γ— (+50% rewards)
  • Legendary Mobs: 2.0Γ— (+100% rewards)

Base Formulas:

  • RAID Tokens: (Dungeon Level Γ— 25 Γ— Multiplier) + Random(0 to Dungeon Level Γ— 15 Γ— Multiplier)
  • Experience: (Dungeon Level Γ— 20 Γ— Multiplier) + Random(0 to Dungeon Level Γ— 10 Γ— Multiplier)

Example Rewards (Common Mobs):

  • Level 1 Dungeon: 25-40 tokens, 20-30 XP
  • Level 10 Dungeon: 250-400 tokens, 200-300 XP
  • Level 50 Dungeon: 1,250-2,000 tokens, 1,000-1,500 XP

Example Rewards (Legendary Mobs - 2Γ— Multiplier):

  • Level 1 Dungeon: 50-80 tokens, 40-60 XP
  • Level 10 Dungeon: 500-800 tokens, 400-600 XP
  • Level 50 Dungeon: 2,500-4,000 tokens, 2,000-3,000 XP

Additional Loot:

  • Materials: 15-30% drop chance (1 per drop)
  • Fragments: 5-20% drop chance (1 per drop, higher for rare mobs)
  • Potions: 21-60% drop chance (1 per drop)

Strategy Tip: Higher rarity mobs are tougher but offer significantly better rewards! Hunt legendaries for the best loot!

Note: Rewards scale with both dungeon level AND mob rarity, making rare mob encounters highly valuable!

Accumulate rewards across multiple encounters and claim them all at once!

🎯 Strategy Tips

  1. Regeneration Synergy: Collect Paladins and Mages to boost your Commander's passive regeneration
  2. Equipment First: Upgrade your Commander's equipment for massive stat boosts
  3. Hero Sacrifice Strategy: Sacrifice low-level heroes for commander experience - XP is based on rarity only, so level 1 heroes give the same XP as level 10!
  4. Shard Management: Balance spending shards between commander levels, hero upgrades, and bag capacity
  5. Potion Management: Save higher-tier potions for tougher dungeons
  6. Fragment Farming: Target high-rarity mobs for better fragment drop rates
  7. Hunt Rare Mobs: Legendary mobs give 2Γ— rewards! Epic gives 1.5Γ—, Rare gives 1.25Γ— - worth the extra challenge!
  8. Risk vs Reward: Continue encounters for more rewards, but claim frequently to avoid losing everything on death!
  9. Material Shop Trading: Sell excess materials for RAID tokens or buy what you need from the NPC shop
  10. Death Prevention: Keep potions ready and know when to escape (10% HP penalty is better than losing all rewards!)
  11. HP Investment: Higher HP makes your commander tankier but costs more for instant revival - find your balance!
  12. Rare Mob Strategy: Build a strong commander to reliably defeat epic/legendary mobs for maximum efficiency!
  13. Expedition Management: Let runs regenerate while offline, come back to 6 full runs ready to go!
  14. Bag Upgrades: Invest in bag capacity early - losing rare materials is worse than the shard cost!
  15. Full Bag Strategy: If bag is full and you only need XP/tokens, keep fighting! Item drops are lost but progress continues
