We've been building Syndicate Protocol quietly on Hive. Today we're opening up the referral system - and if you bring someone into the syndicate, you benefit.
How It Works
Every player gets a unique referral link. Share it. When someone signs up through your link and starts playing, rewards unlock automatically as they progress — no manual tracking, no trust required. Every claim is signed through Hive Keychain and recorded on-chain.
What You Earn (as the referrer)
Rewards unlock in stages as your referred player progresses:

All unclaimed rewards queue up in your referral panel — claim them anytime through Keychain. Each claim is a signed custom_json on Hive with the reward payload embedded, so it's verifiable on-chain.
What They Get
New players who join through a referral link get access to the full game. Syndicate Protocol is free to play — Iron Row is open to everyone. No purchase required to start earning.

Log in at syndicate-protocol.com, open the referral panel from your dashboard, and copy your link. That's it.
What Is Syndicate Protocol?
A Hive-native strategy game. You build a crew, run operations across zones, upgrade your members, and compete in the arena. Everything that matters — shards, chests, collectibles, arena results — is broadcast to the Hive blockchain as custom_json events. Your inventory is auditable. Your progression is on-chain.
The game is in active development. Arena/ PvP is ready to be tested in the staging environment.
If you've been on the fence, this is a good time to get in. Early players will have a head start on ratings, collectibles, and referral earnings before the wider launch.
