I did read that you were against people spending huge dollars to look just the way they want. The same could be said about people who want to change gender. Change skin colour. Change .. well... almost anything these days.
I truly understand your point and agree with it. However, that first line : Plastic surgery: you see this one, I am total against it ... hits hard then gets explained later.
