Hello hive users, My wish is for everyone to be safe and sound.
We often worry about many things. When something is unfamiliar to us, things we can’t control, fear of failure, past experiences, or survival instinct. we become afraid to change the way we think or the things we do. Changes in plans, careers, and even partners in life can be some of the most emotional moments we face. Yet sometimes, instead of ignoring these changes, we need to accept them and grow through them. Instead of asking what if this go wrong? You ask yourself “What if this helps me grow?”
My dad always encouraged me to take care of his plants, but I was not willing to do so. He worried that no one would take care of his garden when he died. He kept asking me to water the plants when he and my mom traveled abroad for months. To make the story short, my dad died. I don’t want to accept the responsibility.
After years had gone by, I slowly began to accept that I had to take care of the house and the garden.
Life humbles you in ways you least expect. I started to clean the garden and changed the plants to garden vegetables. When I saw my plants sprouting, I was amazed. I’m learning new things every day.
For people who can’t adjust to changes, it sometimes leads to depression and anxiety. Instead of thinking negatively, allow yourself to go through the process and start renewing your mind and heart. All things are possible once you believe in yourself, keep going, and transform into a new version of yourself.
