Saludos amigos amantes de los motores, hoy les contare sobre lo que fue el reemplazo del motor del eleva vidrio de una de las puertas de mi vehículo, esta defectuosos desde hace algún tiempo, ya llego la época de mucho calor, recientemente se me daño el compresor del aire acondicionado y como no he podido repararlo aún, por lo tanto, se convirtió en una prioridad poder bajar el vidrio sin problemas.
Greetings friends engine lovers, today I will tell you about what was the replacement of the glass lift motor of one of the doors of my vehicle, this defective for some time, and came the hot season, recently I damaged the air conditioning compressor and as I have not been able to repair it yet, therefore, it became a priority to lower the glass without problems.

Nunca supe las razones de porque empezó a funcionar mal, hace tiempo desarme la puerta pensando que quizás el engranaje que se acopla al motor pudo romperse al ser forzado por la fuerza para bajarlo, como me ocurrió una vez cuando intentaron robar el carro, pero para mi sorpresa el engranaje estaba bien, y en ese momento no pude dar con la razón y arme la puerta de nuevo.

I never knew the reasons why it started to malfunction, some time ago I disassembled the door thinking that maybe the gear that is coupled to the motor could have broken when forced by the force to lower it, as it happened to me once when they tried to steal the car, but to my surprise the gear was fine, and at that time I could not find the reason and I put the door back together again.
Al usar el aire acondicionado no hubo necesidad de bajar el vidrio, además es de una de las puertas traseras, pero precisamente esta misma semana se me daño el compresor del aire, aun no he podido repararlo, es por eso que desarme la puerta de nuevo para que con mas calma dar con la razón del mal funcionamiento y repararlo si es posible, y así bajar el vidrio y luego reparar el compresor del aire.

Quite el cobertor interno de la puerta y el protector plástico, empecé a observar esta vez con mas cuidado, note que el motor tenia mucho polvo y algunas pequeñas partes con oxido, me detuve a pensar porque algo que esta dentro de la puerta podría tener polvo, luego recordé que, por fuera, lo que conozco como el cepillo del vidrio estaba roto y había un pequeño orificio, por donde es seguro que este entrado polvo o peor aún agua.

Recordé que las puertas tienen un orificio debajo por la parte interna para que, de entrar agua, pueda salir por allí, y al revisarlo efectivamente estaba lleno de polvo y otra suciedad, además parte del polvo se había endurecido, quizás al mezclarse con el agua, porque de seguro entra agua por ese orificio, pero francamente no se si esa sea la razón de porque no funciona correctamente, ya que desmonte todo el mecanismo del eleva vidrio y por donde lo veo está bien.
I remembered that the doors have a hole underneath on the inside so that, if water enters, it can come out through there, and when I checked it, it was indeed full of dust and other dirt, plus some of the dust had hardened, perhaps by mixing with water, because for sure water enters through that hole, but frankly I do not know if that is the reason why it does not work properly, since I disassembled the entire mechanism of the glass lift and as far as I see it is fine.
Con la ayuda del multímetro comprobé si llegaban los 12 voltios al motor eléctrico del mecanismo, y en efecto todo estaba bien, fue así que decidí desacoplarlo del mecanismo y revisarlo a detalle. Visualmente se observa bien, entonces con la ayuda del multímetro tomé la impedancia del embobinado del motor con el propósito de comprobar con el manual para saber si era la correcta, pero no pude encontrar cual debía ser el valor, porque sin la carga del vidrio este funcionaba, pero a penas lo acoplaba no era capaz de levantarlo.
With the help of the multimeter I checked if the 12 volts were reaching the electric motor of the mechanism, and indeed everything was fine, so I decided to uncouple it from the mechanism and check it in detail. Visually it looks good, then with the help of the multimeter I took the impedance of the motor winding in order to check with the manual to see if it was correct, but I could not find what the value should be, because without the load of the glass it worked, but as soon as I coupled it was not able to lift it.
Luego revise los carbones y solo tenían un poco de desgaste, y la termo resistencia estaba bien. Al final decidí reemplazarlo, estuve buscado si alguien vendía el original, pero no fue posible tampoco, solo se conseguían universales, y luego de las experiencia pasado al montar repuestos imitaciones, no quería pasar por lo mismo. Decidí buscar en línea y solo encontraba el sistema completo nuevo, así que cambié mi búsqueda por uno usado, y encontré quien lo vendía solo, claro sin ningún tipo de garantía.
Then I checked the carbons and they only had a little wear, and the thermo resistance was fine. In the end I decided to replace it, I was looking for someone who sold the original, but it was not possible either, only universal ones were available, and after the past experience when mounting imitation parts, I did not want to go through the same thing. I decided to search online and only found the complete new system, so I changed my search for a used one, and found who sold it alone, of course without any warranty.
Con el permiso del comprador probe el motor alimentándolo con la batería del carro y este trabajaba bien, incluso se podía ver que tenia un poco mas de fuerza que el mío. Termine por comprarlo para instalarlo y efectivamente este si tenia la fuerza suficiente para levantar el vidrio, solucionando así un problema a la vez, ahora solo me resta reparar el compresor del aire acondicionado que seguramente se tranco por el rodamiento.
