RE: Bad to the Bone....

Oof this getting old nonsense is rough hey. Though your health nonsense is definitely worse than mine! I recently got shoved onto medication for a chronic condition (had it all my life, never been a problem til recently when numbers decided to go up for whatever reason). It's just a daily tablet, nothing major, just had to find a good time for it as it's one of those empty stomach things. And also have to keep going to this particular chemist that seems to do some nice heavy discounts if the price I paid vs what the "normal" price allegedly is is anything to go by x_x

Having medical professionals in your family sounds very helpful! As is the good attitude to go along with finding out you have stuff you didn't need or want ^_^;

Hope all your adjustments come easily :)

Well, like it or not we're all gonna get there someday. It just sucks that this condition of mine was caused not by age, but by other things, like probably my heavy drinking and smoking years, plus the cessation of my athletic activities during the pandemic.

And I'm glad that I now know the name of what's causing all these little aches I've been feeling on my forearms, wrists and finger joints in the past few years, and also the occasional cramps on my feet, calves, and hands.

I'm not gonna press you about what's ailing you, but are generic versions of medicines also a big thing down there in Oz?

I think I got a generic one as they did ask me if pharmacy brand was okay (I hope it is it didn't say don't sub).

Knowledge is useful as it means you can now deal with the problems!
