I am normally a humble person and I apologize if I offended anyone that is not my character. I am an activist and I can think of a lot of ways that mass mentioning can be very useful to get information out. Although not on this scale, maybe ten or twenty like if I wanted to alert my followers of something happening in Yemen. Mass mentioning, judging by this thread is a big no no, but what about on a lower scale, or is all mass mentioning bad form?

I think everyone means well. I just wrote a post talking about how the truth can be so damn painful sometimes. This is what honesty looks like. And to answer your question, mentioning a few you know is fine especially if you know in advance they'll be fine with it. Community leaders do it for their community members but even that's not necessary since they can simply pin a post. But I don't make the rules. If I want to annoy someone all I have to do is come talk to them, right? ;)

I might point out that about 1% of Us Humans, across the board, are born with a gene that manifests Individuals who cannot feel caring, compassion, love, or empathy for Others. They feel no remorse. They are called psychopaths, and presently We have psychopaths in control on Our planet. They have Their fingers everywhere, and to be sure, They are on this platform. So I am thinking that there are Ones here that do not mean well... Just saying. [smile]

Can you start uploading your content to Hive? Using a service like 3speak maybe? I've been downvoting those who simply share links to content outside and expect to get paid here, for only their video descriptions.
The issue I have with 3speak is that They require MP4's. I have over 70 videos I have produced in AVI because My free software renders AVI's at much better quality than it does MP4's. I truly do not want to go through 70+ videos and render them out as MP4's - I am disabled, and just making videos is a long and arduous thing for Me. To sit and try to go through the list... Well, it's beyond My scope of tolerance.
Take some of your earnings and upgrade the software?
I certainly won't upvote a post if it doesn't have the actual content on location. I see so many content creators milking platforms, thinking it's free easy money, and don't have any views on their work. Kind of annoying when you're a proponent of decentralized media, want to see it succeed, but see so many take advantage of it.

My total hive is worth... $60ish (up and down on that), I have no idea how to get it in cash, and frankly, I aim to remove the need for money such that We all can have returned to Us what is Ours (effectively) - Our wealth the psychopaths in control hold in "trust" and use against Us. Well. I kinda already knew there are psychopaths everywhere. LOL! But really I was just offering some impromptu advice. I'm not in the mood for downvoting today but I do like to push people to do a better job. And I see you dropped your link a few times here and there. That behavior might attract the wrong kind of attention as well, where people are annoyed with what's considered spam links. Look around. You want these people pissed off with you? LOL!
