i have an interesting tale for you. i'll just report the facts without opinion.
i noticed a post by @ diggndeeper 16 days ago which i liked & voted upon, then set him/her as a favourite on ecency so i got notifications so i didn't miss any future posts. i liked what i read but i suspected it was written by AI so checked it using https://gptzero.me/

In both my edits i tagged hivewatchers (and downvoted the older post), and in the older post i also tagged the biggest voters to suggest they removed their votes (pending rewards were approx. $10) in case @ hivewatchers did not see my tag in time to downvote to reduce the potential payout.
Next, i see a notification for several downvotes from diggndeeper on posts of mine, with no comment for reason for downvotes. i'll let you surmise the reason yourself.

You can see from my comments that i gave @ diggndeeper opportunity to correct his/her errors by burning rewards, but he/she chose to ignore my helpful suggestion and instead attack me with downvotes & dig a deeper hole (ok, so that is in part my opinion, but likely correct).
i'm aware that the proper way to notify @ hivewatchers is to complete their abuse report form, but i thought there was sufficient information in the comments i had made, i was aware that they do monitor tags (as i've had replies from them when i've done this before) and it's so much quicker for me to do it by tagging & i'm therefore much more likely to report in this manner.
i'l leave it at that for now. You can draw your own conclusions.
Edit: i just thought i would check diggndeepers wallet to see how much HP was there. 205,000 !
Checked my posts the post he/she had downvoted, an all rewards removed. Oop's, i guess i should have checked that first. i would have been better off not giving them the chance but reporting immediately to hivewatchers instead. Lesson learned. So be it. A cleaner chain is better than rewards on my posts. Let's see if this one is downvoted too!

I went and checked out the offending post and think it comes across as AI generated too.
Fairplay for pointing it out and standing in the firing line by doing so. Just because someone has a large stake, it doesn't mean that they should be above the law, or rules.
The larger a stake someone has, the more responsability they have to set a good example to others.

Please note, there is a big body of evidence disproving any effectiveness in detecting AI generated text. Especially in text written by non-natives there are a lot of false positive detections.

Well, i guess this is one reason i did not report to hivewatchers immediately, but gave a chance to respond.
It's clear to me (whether or not the posts were actually AI generated or not) that by ignoring me instead of replying to my comments, then downvoting my posts in retaliation (not because there was something wrong with the posts) that this person is not in integrity.
What do you think about that?
I can imagine, after certain ammount of flse acustions one might get angry, in this case this person given up entirely, this proves nothing IMO.
In this case posts are seldom and always in topic too neunced to simply generate that good AI text. This + high HP disproves theory about abuse. On the top of that I have history of relation with author which gives me trust in him.
Well, acting on that anger (as opposed to feeling it, waiting for the angry feelings to pass, then responding from centre) by attacking well meaning responses from me (with opportunity to respond and deny) does not give me trust. i knew nothing of any history of downvotes before.
Also, i don't see the correlation of holding HP & reward pool rape. Enlighten me.

Please note relatively low reputation score in this case. This means the most of this HP was HIVE bought from the market and frozen in the form of HP for 13 weeks, this is giant leap of faith in this ecosystem. Acting in a harmful way just to add few aditional tokens seems for me massively inconsistent (while considering other arguments I listed before).
As for emotional reaction I see where you come from. However this is a separate issue. We cannot expect every commited Hive user-owner to be englightened or even emotionally stable, can we?

Ok, i'll follow my own advice & take time out to come to centre & consider before replying again. Not that i feel anger to him or you, but there are some uncomfortable feelings.
Also note this is only the second time (i think) i've ever reported anyone to hivewatchers in 4 years (again, after first giving opportunity for the "offender" to respond).
i also realise that you may have an emotional charge around this matter as due to the "controversial" nature of what you post about, you have very likely received downvotes based on opinions, rather than on chain abuse.

No hard feelings in the long run on my side. Resentment is a way nowhere. I just feel helpless and disappointed with each case of great people leaving in such cases.
