The user crypto-is-a-scam is stealing the PAL token DAO. He created proposal #83 and voted on it using their other account ultrabridges, which holds 4.4 million PAL tokens obtained from stealing from other DAOs, including the PAL DAO itself in the past. He distributed the tokens to distribution contract #69, which he also own with another account killer.wasp. Later, he modified the distribution contract to the BRK:SWAP.HIVE pool, of which he are the largest shareholder with the account hiveodysseus.
